Refunds & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Level Up Prints by Tom! We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at levelupbytom@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, size, or design, please reach out to us within 30 days. We’ll make sure you get the correct item at no extra cost.


Lost Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived and tracking shows it was never delivered, let us know. We’ll investigate and resend or refund your order as needed.

Note: If tracking shows the package was delivered, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors first. We cannot guarantee replacements for orders marked as delivered.


Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Wrong Size)

All our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

Please refer to the size guide on each product page to help you choose the right fit.


Return Address

Returns must be approved before being sent. If a return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
